What's so good about grief?
The tears, sadness, longing and heaviness you feel in your body are low energy. You feel lost, confused and unable to move forward. There is a density in your body. It feels like you'll carry the weight of grief forever.
The episodes of this year have created a global sense of loss. The loss of how things once were and will never be again. Humanity is experiencing a collective grief. There have been deep personal losses, changes in the way we work, changes in how we learn and live.
