On-Location Soundbath (5-16 people)

For your event, wellness weekend, or to simply rehcarge in your space. This is a flat rate price for 5-16 people. Ascend is a one hour sound bath experience using crystal bowls and gong for deep rejuvenation. For this experience I arrive early and set up your cushioned mats and organic, bamboo eye masks provided by me. The Ascend experience begins with light breath work to get grounded and connected into the space, followed by a guided relaxation then moving into the soundbath. Ascend matches you energetically and is intended to deeply relax the nervous system to renew the body and mind. I am a certified sound therapist with 7 years of playing experience and leading trainings. To enhance the experience I lean on my background as a kundalini yoga/meditation teacher, Usui Reiki master and emotions counselor to provide a deeply restorative soundbath.
