A 4-week, nervous-system-centered online course for women ages 35–70 who are ready to slow down, reset, and reconnect with their bodies in a sustainable way. Through short, self-guided weekly practices rooted in sound, movement, and embodied awareness, participants learn how their nervous system responds to stress and how to support it with clarity and ease. Each week, new content is released for them to explore on their own time, along with a live 60-minute call for guidance, integration, and Q&A. Rather than pushing for change, this course emphasizes awareness, choice, and repetition so regulation and emotional resilience can emerge naturally. By the end of the four weeks, they’ll have practical tools they can return to whenever life feels overwhelming, and a deeper sense of steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
