This is sound as a shared pause—wherever you are. For wellness getaways, girlfriend weekends, retreats, or intentional self-reset gatherings, The Sukha Life brings the sound experience to your space. You provide the room. We bring everything else. We arrive with cushioned mats and eye masks to support comfort and ease, transforming your environment into a soft landing place for rest. Once everyone is settled, the experience begins with a gentle welcome and an invitation to slow the breath—steady, grounding, unforced. From there, you’re guided into relaxation as sound begins to play. The frequencies are offered slowly and spaciously, supporting the nervous system in unwinding and allowing the body to settle into a deeper state of rest. Nothing fast happens here. Nothing to manage or lead. Just space to receive—together. On-location soundbaths are designed to meet the moment you’re in—whether that’s celebration, restoration, or a simple return to yourself. You leave feeling more connected, calmer, and subtly reset from the inside out. Pricing starts at $250 for 1-2 people.
