Through short, self-guided weekly practices rooted in sound, movement, and embodied awareness, you’ll learn how your nervous system responds to stress and how to support it with clarity and ease. Each week, new content is released for you to explore on your own time, with a live 60-minute weekly call for guidance, integration, and Q&A. Rather than pushing for change, this course emphasizes awareness, choice, and repetition—helping regulation and emotional resilience emerge naturally. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have practical tools you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming, along with a deeper sense of steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
