You’re welcomed into a warm, nurturing space where everything has been thoughtfully prepared for your comfort—plush mats, supportive bolsters, soft pillows, eye pillows, and cozy blankets. A cup of specially blended, organic herbal chai tea is offered as a small act of nourishment, inviting you to arrive just as you are. The session opens with a gentle invitation to breathe slowly and deeply, followed by a guided relaxation that encourages the body to let go of holding. No pushing. No processing. Just rest. As sound begins to flow, you’re invited to receive the frequencies in whatever way your body needs. The experience supports deep relaxation, subtle recalibration, and a sense of being cared for on a nervous-system level. This is time set aside for you. Unrushed. Unstructured. Spacious. A reminder that self-care doesn’t have to be active to be powerful—it can be as simple as allowing yourself to rest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Group Sessions (In-Studio Only) All in-studio group sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Private & On-Location Experiences For private bookings, events, and on-location experiences, the following policy applies: * Full payment (100%) is due at the time of booking, with 50% of the total fee being non-refundable. * The remaining 50% may be refunded only if the booking is canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience. * Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
