Reiki Levels 1 & 2

The Japanese word ‘reiki’ can be translated as ‘universal life energy’ and the Usui System is a way of working with reiki for healing of self and others. The word healing is used in the sense of regaining harmony and wholeness. Usui Shiki Ryoho addresses the whole person on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels and those that we cannot identify at the present.

In Reiki Level 1, you will be introduced to Reiki and learn how to work with physical imbalance.  

You will learn:

• Reiki principles and basics

• Reiki background and history

• Session basics, preparation, and steps

• Various Reiki techniques and hands-on training

• Self-Reiki method

• Reiki meditation 

You'll receive your Level 1 attunement.

Class times are Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 11-5 10:00 am - 4:00 pm with a 60 minute lunch each day. 

In Reiki Level 2, you will be introduced to three symbols to learn how to use Reiki for mental and emotional imbalance.

You will learn:

• Learn 3 more Reiki Symbols 

• How to use the symbols to work with the physical, mental, and emotional.

• Remote Reiki beyond time and space dimensions

• More Reiki techniques and hands-on training

You'll receive your Level 2 attunement.
