Live Easy Method: Movement – New Student Form

The Live Easy Method is experiential and body-led. Rather than measuring progress right away, we focus first on safety, awareness, and consistency. If you attend sessions regularly, we offer a light check-in and reflection around the 3-month mark to notice shifts, patterns, and growth over time.
