Service Description
Allow is a gentle, guided session that helps your nervous system settle. Using natural breath, slow movement, and sound frequency, each session invites your body out of stress and into a calm, receptive state. We call this allowing. Nothing is forced and nothing is rushed. Your body is given the time and the signals it needs to feel safe enough to rest. What to expect: • Natural breath that steadies you and brings you into the present • Slow, spacious movement that softens habitual tension • Sound frequencies that ground and support you as your body settles The Live Easy Method is polyvagal-informed and accredited by the Complementary Medical Association. No experience is needed, and every movement can be adjusted to suit your body. You are encouraged to listen, pause, and move in the way that feels right for you. This session is especially supportive if you: • Feel overwhelmed, wired, or stuck in your head • Have trouble slowing down, even when you are tired • Want a simple practice that supports your nervous system • Crave more ease and steadiness in your day You leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more at home in your body. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Group Sessions (In-Studio Only) All in-studio group sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Private & On-Location Experiences For private bookings, events, and on-location experiences, the following policy applies: * Full payment (100%) is due at the time of booking, with 50% of the total fee being non-refundable. * The remaining 50% may be refunded only if the booking is canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience. * Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
