Service Description
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is show up — just for yourself. Private sessions at The Sukha Life are a one-on-one experience designed around you — your nervous system, your needs, and where you are right now. Whether you're drawn to the healing frequencies of a private sound bath or the grounded, science-backed tools of the Live Easy Method, each session is held with intention, care, and zero agenda other than helping you feel more at ease in your own body. Available private sessions: Private Sound Bath — An immersive, personalized sound experience using crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Live Easy Method Session — A polyvagal-informed session using breath, sound, and movement to help you reconnect with your emotional landscape and build real, lasting resilience. Come as you are. Wear something comfortable — think soft layers, easy movement, whatever makes you feel at home in your body.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Group Sessions (In-Studio Only) All in-studio group sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Private & On-Location Experiences For private bookings, events, and on-location experiences, the following policy applies: * Full payment (100%) is due at the time of booking, with 50% of the total fee being non-refundable. * The remaining 50% may be refunded only if the booking is canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience. * Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable. Additional Notes * All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: hello@thesukhalife.com * This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts. * By booking a session or experience, you agree to this cancellation policy.
