Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is show up — just for yourself. Private sessions at The Sukha Life are a one-on-one experience designed around you — your nervous system, your needs, and where you are right now. Whether you're drawn to the healing frequencies of a private sound bath or the grounded, science-backed tools of the Live Easy Method, each session is held with intention, care, and zero agenda other than helping you feel more at ease in your own body. Available private sessions: Private Sound Bath — An immersive, personalized sound experience using crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Live Easy Method Session — A polyvagal-informed session using breath, sound, and movement to help you reconnect with your emotional landscape and build real, lasting resilience. Come as you are. Wear something comfortable — think soft layers, easy movement, whatever makes you feel at home in your body.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellation: Understandably, things come up unexpectedly. If you cannot attend your original booking, you can reschedule up to 12 hours before the original booking time. You can reschedule your booking for use within fourteen (14) days from that original booking. Please email paul@paulwillisenergy.com to reschedule. You forfeit your booking and payment in full if: - You change your mind after booking - You don't attend your scheduled booking - You cancel your booking within 12 hours of the scheduled booking time. If you are running late or having technical difficulties (online): - For 1-on-1 sessions, session times will only be extended where there is availability. - Group sessions will start on time. No time extensions will be made. Latecomers may be denied access to the call. Important to Note: Transformation takes time, effort, and self-honesty. These sessions are for those ready to invest in themselves, not for those seeking quick fixes. Disclaimer: I am not a therapist or doctor.
