A 1-Hour Nervous System Reset This introductory session is designed for first-time students of the Live Easy Method. It offers a gentle, grounding entry into the work by helping your body settle into a state of calm, safety, and ease. When life has been stressful, busy, or emotionally heavy, the nervous system can stay stuck in “on” mode—alert, tense, or shut down—without us realizing it. This session helps bring the body back to its natural baseline: a place where you feel more relaxed, present, and connected. Through soothing sound frequencies, simple awareness practices, and gentle guidance, you’ll learn how to notice what state your nervous system is in and how to support it when it feels overwhelmed or disconnected. The focus isn’t on forcing relaxation, but on teaching the body that it’s safe to soften. Each Intro Session is designed to help: • Calm the stress response and settle the body • Build trust in your body’s signals and responses • Increase your ability to move between rest, energy, and emotion with ease • Support deeper integration through sound and nervous system support This session lays the foundation for the Live Easy Method, helping your nervous system feel supported and ready for deeper emotional and energetic work.
