1:30-3pm Self Attunement Workshop

Increase your self awareness through nervous system regulation, mindfulness practices, and attachment styles. Including vagal toning and presenting. 

3:30-6:30pm The Alchemy of Authenticity Workshop

You can only be as authentic as you know yourself. Explore your inner landscape and practice being you while in the company of others without performance. You will have the opportunity to interact in small groups, reveal insights through provocative sentence stems, and inspire each other! 

6:30- dinner on own & free time

4:30-5:30pm Elevate Your Energy and Consciousness with the Rays of Creation Workshop

Learn about the Rays of Creation and the divine beings who govern them. Identify which ray you’re working on and how it can support your purpose and spiritual evolution. 

5:30-6:30 Closing Ceremony , dinner on own & depart
