As the light fades and winter’s quiet beauty settles in, we gather to honor the natural rhythm of slowing down. The Winter Solstice invites us inward—to rest, reflect, and realign with what truly sustains us.
Join us for a nourishing afternoon where we’ll sync with nature’s cycle through gentle movement to balance energy and ground the nervous system. We’ll explore the body’s natural winter rhythm, learning how to move, rest, and restore in harmony with the season.
Then, cocoon in stillness with a restorative soundbath, featuring frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest as we align with the quiet power of winter.
Craft your own evergreen solstice bundle—a symbolic creation to carry the energy of renewal, protection, and gratitude into the months ahead.
With the spirit of solstice we'll share in a guided reflection process to honor your year—what has grown, what has completed, and what is quietly beginning again.
To end the celebration we’ll nourish with a warming bowl of kitchari and chai tea, a simple, comforting meal to soothe the body and invite connection.
