We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and flexibility is important. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Payment Policy: Payment for private sessions is due in full at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time to avoid the session being considered missed. Missed Sessions: Sessions missed without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduling Flexibility: Appointments can be moved or rescheduled to a later date if needed, provided proper notice is given.
