You settle onto your mat, take a deep breath, and allow yourself to be held by the collective energy of the circle. As Reiki is shared, you may notice your body softening, your mind quieting, and your energy rebalancing. Reiki is known to support deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, ease emotional tension, and encourage the body’s natural healing process.
